Head of cheese first cut horizontally into two parts, and then cut into cubes.
300 g Adyghe cheese
For the batter, pour kefir and water into a bowl.
70 ml kefir, 70 ml water
Add flour and baking powder.
5 tbsp flour, ½ tsp baking powder
Mix with a hand whisk until the batter has a slightly more liquid consistency than for baking pancakes.
Cut the nori into two parts with scissors.
7 sheet nori
Mix soy sauce with water in equal proportions. Using a brush, grease the entire sheet of nori. It should get wet so that it does not break when folding.
2 tbsp soy sauce
Place a block of cheese on the edge.
Wrap the cheese in seaweed.
Dip each blank into the batter.
