Ingredients
  

  • 7 sheet nori
  • 300 g Adyghe cheese mozzarella, ricotta
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

Batter

  • 70 ml kefir
  • 70 ml water
  • ยฝ tsp baking powder
  • 5 tbsp flour

Instructions
 

  • Prepare everything you need.
  • Head of cheese first cut horizontally into two parts, and then cut into cubes.
    300 g Adyghe cheese
  • For the batter, pour kefir and water into a bowl.
    70 ml kefir, 70 ml water
  • Add flour and baking powder.
    5 tbsp flour, ยฝ tsp baking powder
  • Mix with a hand whisk until the batter has a slightly more liquid consistency than for baking pancakes.
  • Cut the nori into two parts with scissors.
    7 sheet nori
  • Mix soy sauce with water in equal proportions. Using a brush, grease the entire sheet of nori. It should get wet so that it does not break when folding.
    2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Place a block of cheese on the edge.
  • Wrap the cheese in seaweed.
  • Dip each blank into the batter.
  • Place on a frying pan heated with a small amount of oil. Fry on medium heat on all sides until the batter is lightly browned.
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Vegetarian fish is ready.
