- 7 sheet nori
- 300 g Adyghe cheese mozzarella, ricotta
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
Batter
- 70 ml kefir
- 70 ml water
- ยฝ tsp baking powder
- 5 tbsp flour
Instructions
