Prepare everything necessary. The broccoli here is frozen, no need to thaw.
In a pot, bring water to a boil, add the noodles. After boiling, cook for 3 minutes. It's not necessary to cook them until they're completely soft. In fact, already cooked noodles will work for this dish as well. Drain the noodles well.
120 g spaghetti
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, divide the broccoli into small florets. Add to the noodles.
200 g chicken breast, 120 g broccoli
Mix together.
For the sauce, in a bowl, combine sour cream, eggs, pressed garlic, salt, and ground pepper.
150 g sour cream, 2 pcs egg, 2 cloves garlic, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
Grease the baking dish, here sized 10x18 cm, with vegetable oil. Add the noodles with broccoli and chicken.
½ tsp vegetable oil
Top with the prepared sour cream and egg sauce.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. The eggs should set well. Avoid excessive browning of the surface.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
50 g cheese
Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
The chicken casserole with broccoli, noodles, and cheese is ready. Serve immediately, complemented with herbs, vegetables.
