Surely you have tried the famous Philadelphia rolls recipe. Today we will make them at home. Everything is easy and simple. A minimum of components, and the taste is amazing, nothing to add or subtract. If desired, the filling can be supplemented with a slice of avocado or cucumber.
Prepare everything necessary. Cook the rice in advance. Pour the grains into boiling water at a ratio of 1:2. Turn off 10 minutes after re-boiling, pour in rice vinegar, mix, cover with a lid and leave to cool completely.

Cut the nori in half with scissors.

Cut the lightly salted red fish into thin slices. Wrap the sushi mat with plastic wrap, place the seaweed. Spread half of the rice so that there is a centimeter of nori left free from the near edge, and from the far edge, the rice should protrude the same distance.

Cover with plastic wrap on top and carefully flip to the other side with the seaweed up. Closer to the edge, lay out the Philadelphia in the form of a roll.

Start rolling from the end with the free seaweed.

The Philadelphia roll is ready. Cut into 8 portioned pieces, moistening the knife in water or rice vinegar after each cut. When serving, offer soy sauce, pickled ginger, wasabi as an addition.
