Prepare the necessary ingredients. The oat flakes must be the kind that require cooking. That is, those that cook in 2 minutes or are steeped in boiling water will not work. Choose raisins without hard stalks and seeds; in this case, we used a mix of two types of raisins.
Pour the oat flakes into a deep plate. Add chopped nuts. You can also use almonds, cashews, and others.
100 g oat flakes, 40 g walnut
In a separate container, add honey, apple juice, vegetable oil, and cinnamon. Heat in the microwave or in a water bath to better mix the mass.

Pour the resulting liquid into the flakes and mix thoroughly.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the mixture and spread it evenly. Send it to a preheated oven and leave for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 160℃.
Every 10 minutes, take out the form and mix everything well so that the granola bakes evenly. As it cooks, the mixture will acquire a beautiful golden color.
Remove the form and let the contents cool completely. Add raisins and mix, you can also add dried berries.
