  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 40 g honey
  • 40 g apple juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 40 g walnut peeled
  • 40 g raisins


  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. The oat flakes must be the kind that require cooking. That is, those that cook in 2 minutes or are steeped in boiling water will not work. Choose raisins without hard stalks and seeds; in this case, we used a mix of two types of raisins.

  • Pour the oat flakes into a deep plate. Add chopped nuts. You can also use almonds, cashews, and others.

  • Pour the resulting liquid into the flakes and mix thoroughly.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the mixture and spread it evenly. Send it to a preheated oven and leave for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 160℃.

  • Every 10 minutes, take out the form and mix everything well so that the granola bakes evenly. As it cooks, the mixture will acquire a beautiful golden color.
