Homemade granola recipe
Homemade granola recipe is a recipe of dry American breakfast. It can be served with milk or yogurt, and often includes chopped bananas and fresh berries. It makes for a filling, healthy, and very tasty snack.

Ingredients
- 100 g oat flakes
- 40 g honey
- 40 g apple juice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ยฝ tsp cinnamon
- 40 g walnut peeled
- 40 g raisins
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. The oat flakes must be the kind that require cooking. That is, those that cook in 2 minutes or are steeped in boiling water will not work. Choose raisins without hard stalks and seeds; in this case, we used a mix of two types of raisins.
- Pour the oat flakes into a deep plate. Add chopped nuts. You can also use almonds, cashews, and others.100 g oat flakes, 40 g walnut

- Pour the resulting liquid into the flakes and mix thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour out the mixture and spread it evenly. Send it to a preheated oven and leave for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 160โ.
- Every 10 minutes, take out the form and mix everything well so that the granola bakes evenly. As it cooks, the mixture will acquire a beautiful golden color.
- Remove the form and let the contents cool completely. Add raisins and mix, you can also add dried berries.40 g raisins
