  • 40 g honey
  • 40 g apple juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. The oat flakes must be the kind that require cooking. That is, those that cook in 2 minutes or are steeped in boiling water will not work. Choose raisins without hard stalks and seeds; in this case, we used a mix of two types of raisins.
