Greek yogurt bark
Very easy to prepare low-calorie Greek yogurt bark. Almost like ice cream. For this delicious treat, natural Greek yogurt will work, both homemade and store-bought.

Ingredients
- 400 g yogurt plain
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 25 g cashews
- 23 g chocolate
- 180 g strawberries
- 180 g blueberries
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.

- Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment, pour the whipped yogurt mixture onto it.
- Evenly spread the cut strawberries and blueberries on the yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle the yogurt mixture with chocolate pieces.
- Sprinkle the yogurt mixture with chopped cashew nuts.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for several hours. Before cutting the frozen yogurt into slices, let it stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then the yogurt layer easily separates from the baking sheet and parchment. Transfer the parchment with the yogurt layer onto a tray or cutting board. Cut into triangular pieces. Store yogurt bars in the freezer in a closed plastic container.
