  • Cut the strawberries into 4 parts.

  • Add sweetener and vanilla sugar to the yogurt. Mix well with a mixer.

  • Evenly spread the cut strawberries and blueberries on the yogurt mixture.

  • Sprinkle the yogurt mixture with chocolate pieces.

  • Sprinkle the yogurt mixture with chopped cashew nuts.

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for several hours. Before cutting the frozen yogurt into slices, let it stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Then the yogurt layer easily separates from the baking sheet and parchment. Transfer the parchment with the yogurt layer onto a tray or cutting board. Cut into triangular pieces. Store yogurt bars in the freezer in a closed plastic container.
