Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 300 g strawberries fresh
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 15 g gelatin
  • 50 ml water
  • 200 g cookies sandy
  • 80 ml milk

  • Prepare everything necessary. You can use any yogurt, here it is Greek without sugar, strawberry-flavored will also work. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10-20 minutes depending on the information on the package. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and let the liquid drain well.

  • Crush the cookies on a grater or in a food processor. You need a fine crumb. Pour in the milk.

  • Mix together. It should form a soft mass similar to playdough.

  • For the filling, put yogurt, sugar, and half of the strawberries in a bowl. Set aside the larger berries for now.

  • Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and the sugar granules have dissolved. Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave, but do not boil, just dissolve the crystals. Add to the cream. Mix together.

  • Line a springform pan with plastic wrap or acetate film on the sides. Place the cookie dough and press down firmly. Then place the large whole strawberries.

  • Carefully pour the yogurt cream over, being careful not to displace the strawberries. Refrigerate for 6-8 hours to set.
