- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 ml cream 33%
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 100 g chocolate dark

Making the cream
- First, let’s prepare the chocolate cream.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in pulses in a microwave oven. If the chocolate mass is too thick, it can be slightly diluted with hot milk, adding 1โ2 tablespoons.100 g chocolate
- Combine the pre-cooled cream with powdered sugar and whip until fluffy, but not to stable peaks.200 ml cream, 70 g powdered sugar
- Whip the room temperature mascarpone with the melted chocolate until the mixture is completely homogeneous. It is better to introduce the chocolate not all at once, but in small portions.250 g mascarpone
- Add the cream to the cheese-chocolate mass and whip everything together a little more. It is important not to overbeat the mixture so that the cream does not curdle. Cool the finished cream in the refrigerator.
Making pancakes
- While the cream is setting, let’s fry patterned pancakes. Prepare the ingredients for their preparation.
- For the dough, lightly beat the eggs with sugar and salt.3 tbsp sugar, 3 pcs egg, ยฝ tsp salt
- Pour milk and boiling water into the eggs. Mix everything again.1 glass milk, 1 glass boiling water
- The final stage is adding flour and oil to the liquid component. Pour part of the ready-made dough (about 200 ml) into a separate container and mix with cocoa powder.270 g flour, 100 ml vegetable oil, 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Bake the pancakes. First, apply a chocolate spiral to the heated pan. It is convenient to do this if you pour the chocolate dough into a pastry syringe, sauceboat, or even an empty plastic ketchup bottle. Let the strip set a little and pour the white dough over it, forming a pancake as usual.
- Cool the finished pancakes, fill them with cooled cream and serve. If you do not plan to eat the dessert right away, then store it in the refrigerator. Bon appรฉtit!
