Vegan chocolate mug cake

- 20 g cocoa
- 55 g water
- ยผ tsp baking powder
- 15 g vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. The cocoa should be of high quality, dark in color, and have a rich chocolate aroma. Use vegetable oil without a strong scent.
- Pour sugar into a bowl. Add cocoa and mix.35 g sugar, 20 g cocoa
- In a separate container, mix flour and baking powder. Add to the sugar and mix.45 g flour, ยผ tsp baking powder
- Pour in water and vegetable oil and mix until the batter is smooth.55 g water, 15 g vegetable oil
- Fill a glass or cup with the batter. Keep in mind that the cake will increase in size, so leave a couple of centimeters to the edges. It is not necessary to grease the walls with oil beforehand. Send it to the microwave for 2 minutes. The final cooking time depends on the power and size of the glass, it may take a little more or less time. The cake should remain slightly moist. Therefore, to prevent it from drying out, it is advisable to visually check the condition every 30 seconds.
- The glass will get very hot during cooking, so remove it from the microwave using a towel or potholder. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate on top. The cake turned out not dry, moderately sweet, with a rich chocolate flavor.
