Cottage cheese crepes
Delicious, tender cottage cheese crepes cooked with a minimum amount of oil can be a full meal for breakfast or snack at any age. - 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients for the dough and filling.

- Beat everything with a mixer.

- Heat the pan, lightly grease it with vegetable oil and pour a thin layer of dough onto the bottom.
- Bake the pancake on one side – readiness is determined by the dried surface of the dough and golden edges.
- Flip the pancake and brown it on the other side.
- Bake all the pancakes this way. There will be about 25 pieces.
- Prepare the filling. Prepare all the ingredients for the filling.ยฝ tsp vanilla sugar, 300 g cottage cheese, 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar
- Next, put the cottage cheese in a tall glass, pour sour cream over it and add sugar. Mash everything with a spoon or turn it into a homogeneous mass using an immersion blender.
- Put a tablespoon of cottage cheese filling on the edge of the ready pancake and slightly stretch it from the edge closer to the center. Fold the bottom of the pancake, covering the edge of the filling, fold the sides and roll it up into a roll.
- From 300 g of cottage cheese, you will get 12 such rolls.
- Before serving, warm up the dish and decorate with sour cream, jam, fresh fruits, and berries. You can also serve the pancakes by frying them in a pan with the addition of fresh or clarified butter.
