Microwave omelette
Today we will make a delicious breakfast in 5 minutes. We are cooking microwave omelette with milk and eggs. You won't even need a frying pan and stove. Everything is done in a mug in the microwave. It's hard to imagine a faster, tastier, and more vibrant breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 pcs egg
- 50 g sausage
- 4 tbsp milk
- ½ pc bell pepper
- 50 g cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ tsp vegetable oil
- 1 feather green onion
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. You will also need cups with a volume of 150-200 milliliters. You can use frozen vegetables.
- Cut the sausage, hard cheese, and bell pepper into cubes. There is no need to defrost frozen pepper.50 g sausage, 50 g cheese, ½ pc bell pepper
- Pour a couple of drops of vegetable oil into each cup, using a brush to grease the bottom and sides.½ tsp vegetable oil
- Break an egg into each cup and pour in 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk with a fork.2 pcs egg, 4 tbsp milk
- Add sausage, cheese, and pepper. Add salt and chopped green onions.1 pinch salt, 1 feather green onion
- Mix and put in the microwave. Cook at 800 W for 3 minutes. Halfway through, open the microwave and stir the omelette. This will make the process more even.
- The omelette with sausage and cheese in a mug in the microwave is ready. It can be served directly in the cups.
