Today we will make a delicious breakfast in 5 minutes. We are cooking microwave omelette with milk and eggs. You won't even need a frying pan and stove. Everything is done in a mug in the microwave. It's hard to imagine a faster, tastier, and more vibrant breakfast.

  • 4 tbsp milk
  • ½ pc bell pepper
  • 50 g cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 feather green onion


  • Prepare everything necessary. You will also need cups with a volume of 150-200 milliliters. You can use frozen vegetables.

  • Cut the sausage, hard cheese, and bell pepper into cubes. There is no need to defrost frozen pepper.

  • Pour a couple of drops of vegetable oil into each cup, using a brush to grease the bottom and sides.

  • Break an egg into each cup and pour in 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk with a fork.
