Eggs with bell peppers
Today we cook bell pepper eggs. The dish, though simple, looks exquisite and interesting. There is both an egg and a fragrant roasted bell pepper. It turns out delicious, satisfying and nutritious.

- Wash the bell pepper, dry it well. Cut off the top with the peduncle, carefully remove the inner part with the seeds, trying not to damage the walls. Cut into washers 2-3 centimeters thick. Here, focus on the size of the eggs. If they are large, then the rings should be thicker, so the egg will fit and will not flow over the edge. - Make the heating below average and keep until the desired degree of readiness of the eggs. If you like baked yolk, then you can cover it with a lid. It turns the white opaque.
