Equipment

  • 1 teaspoon
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 knife
  • 1 frying pan

Ingredients

  • 1 pc bell pepper
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper ground
  • spring onion

Instructions

  • Prepare everything you need. Pepper is not too large to choose, so the dish looks more presentable. And if you use multicolored, it will also be colorful.
  • Wash the bell pepper, dry it well. Cut off the top with the peduncle, carefully remove the inner part with the seeds, trying not to damage the walls. Cut into washers 2-3 centimeters thick. Here, focus on the size of the eggs. If they are large, then the rings should be thicker, so the egg will fit and will not flow over the edge. The pepper is small, so it turned out two full-fledged rings, and one in the form of a bowl.

  • Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, heat it well. Blot the peppers again with a paper towel so that drops of liquid do not fall on a hot frying pan.
    1 tsp vegetable oil
  • Break the eggs gently after a minute, when they are a little toasted.
    3 pcs egg
  • Make the heating below average and keep until the desired degree of readiness of the eggs. If you like baked yolk, then you can cover it with a lid. It turns the white opaque. To obtain a liquid yolk, cook in an open frying pan for 3-4 minutes. If the protein leaks out a little, it doesn't matter, it can be removed without any problems.
1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
  • Fried eggs in sweet pepper are ready. Serve immediately, sprinkled with chopped spring onions.
