  • Add flour and baking powder, it’s better to sift these components.

  • Mix. The consistency should flow off the whisk in a ribbon. It is recommended to mix the dough by hand, trying to make a minimum of movements. This way, the gluten will not start to develop in the flour and the mass will be more airy.

  • Grease the frying pan with oil, heat it up and pour the dough. Spread in an even layer.

  • Cook on the lowest heat under a lid for 20-25 minutes.
