Prepare everything necessary. Boil two eggs hard, leave three raw.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add sour cream, salt, and ground pepper.

Mix, pour in vegetable oil.

Add flour and baking powder, it's better to sift these components.
120 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder
Mix. The consistency should flow off the whisk in a ribbon. It is recommended to mix the dough by hand, trying to make a minimum of movements. This way, the gluten will not start to develop in the flour and the mass will be more airy.
Add chopped boiled eggs and green onion.
1 stalk green onion, 5 pcs egg
Mix.
Grease the frying pan with oil, heat it up and pour the dough. Spread in an even layer.
Cook on the lowest heat under a lid for 20-25 minutes.
Flip over, keep on the other side for 5 minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick, there should be no uncooked dough left on it when piercing the pie.
The pie with green onion and egg in a frying pan can be served immediately or after cooling. Either way, it will be very tasty.
