Cheese and tomato omelette

Ingredients
- 3 pcs egg large
- 2 pcs tomato large
- 1 pc red onion
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 30 g cheese
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. All vegetables should be washed beforehand. It is better to use hard varieties of cheese, it grates well and does not crumble.
- Thoroughly wash the eggs and break them into a deep dish. Add a pinch of salt.3 pcs egg, 1 pinch salt
- Whisk with a whisk or fork until smooth. Add finely chopped green onions. Optionally, you can add any other fresh herbs, garlic.1 bunch spring onion
- Pour the egg mixture onto a pan greased with vegetable oil, so that a thin pancake is obtained. If the omelette is not thin enough, it may break along the fold when folded in half. Depending on the size of the pan, you can get 2-3 egg pancakes.
- Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the top of the omelette is completely set. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle half of the omelette with it.30 g cheese
