  • 1 pinch salt


  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. All vegetables should be washed beforehand. It is better to use hard varieties of cheese, it grates well and does not crumble.

  • Thoroughly wash the eggs and break them into a deep dish. Add a pinch of salt.

  • Whisk with a whisk or fork until smooth. Add finely chopped green onions. Optionally, you can add any other fresh herbs, garlic.

  • Pour the egg mixture onto a pan greased with vegetable oil, so that a thin pancake is obtained. If the omelette is not thin enough, it may break along the fold when folded in half. Depending on the size of the pan, you can get 2-3 egg pancakes.

  • Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the top of the omelette is completely set. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle half of the omelette with it.

  • Lift the empty half of the omelette and cover the filling. Leave on the stove for a couple of minutes for the cheese to melt completely.
