  • 4 pcs egg
  • 50 g milk
  • 50 g cheese
  • 200 g vegetable mix frozen
  • 1 bunch dill parsley, onion
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Put the vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat until cooked, 5-10 minutes. They should become soft and acquire a light golden color.

  • Wash the eggs and beat them in a deep plate. Add salt and milk. Whisk until smooth. Optionally, you can add black pepper or any other seasoning.

  • Put the filling in silicone muffin molds. If using metal molds, grease them with vegetable oil beforehand.

  • Pour the egg-milk mixture in such a way that there is about 0.5-1 centimeter left to the edge, as the omelette will rise slightly during cooking.

  • Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle on top. Place in a preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
