Breakfast crepes with eggs

Ingredients
- 4 pcs egg
- 100 g cheese
- 100 g sausage optional any meat
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.

- Crack an egg into a bowl and lightly beat with a fork, adding ยฝ tablespoon of milk. You can mix all the eggs with milk in one container.4 pcs egg, 2 tbsp milk
- To the liquid egg-milk mixture, add fresh or dried herbs. This can be dill, parsley, green onion, oregano, Provencal mix, or any other favorite herb.to taste greens, 1 pinch salt
- Pour the beaten egg into a heated pan and fry the resulting egg pancake on one side.
- When the egg mixture sets in the pan, place the chopped meat in the center.
- Sprinkle the meat filling with grated cheese.
- Fold the pancake into an envelope. To do this, first cover the filling with two opposite edges.
- And slightly press down with a spatula, securing the shape.
- Then fold the two remaining edges, forming an envelope. They are also pressed down with a spatula for a minute to secure.
- Turn the envelope seam down on the pan to secure its shape.
- If necessary, additionally fry the top part of the pancake to give it a more appetizing look.
- In the same way, fry the three remaining pancakes.
