Easy eggs Benedict is a popular American breakfast of poached eggs, bacon or ham, and Hollandaise sauce served on a bun. The classic way to make Hollandaise sauce is to brew the yolk in a double boiler with the addition of butter and lemon juice. However, this method is suitable for more experienced cooks, as the sauce may separate. Therefore, we will cook according to a recipe that everyone can handle.

Ingredients
- 3 pcs egg
- 1 pcs hamburger bun

- 50 g butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g ham optional bacon
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. The eggs need to be thoroughly washed.

- At the same time, melt 40 grams of butter in a pot and bring to a boil. As soon as the butter has boiled, immediately remove from the stove and pour it in a thin stream, continuing to whisk the yolk with a blender. Whisk for another 30 seconds. - Let’s start preparing the poached eggs. Line a small bowl with plastic wrap and grease with vegetable oil. Carefully break an egg onto the film so that the yolk remains whole. Lift the ends of the film and twist them.3 pcs egg
- Lower the eggs, holding the end of the film, into boiling water and hold for three minutes. This time is enough for the white to cook, and the yolk to remain liquid.
- Place ham on each half of the bun. Remove the eggs from the pot, carefully remove the film, and place on top of the ham.
