Omelette with vegetables and cheese is the perfect option for a family breakfast. They are incredibly delicious and very filling. The main advantage is that you can use any filling you have at home. You can also experiment and prepare a unique omelette for each family member.
Put the vegetables in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry over medium heat until cooked, 5-10 minutes. They should become soft and acquire a light golden color.
200 g vegetable mix
Wash the eggs and beat them in a deep plate. Add salt and milk. Whisk until smooth. Optionally, you can add black pepper or any other seasoning.
4 pcs egg, 50 g milk, 1 pinch salt
Finely chop the fresh herbs and add them to the eggs.
1 bunch dill
Put the filling in silicone muffin molds. If using metal molds, grease them with vegetable oil beforehand.
Pour the egg-milk mixture in such a way that there is about 0.5-1 centimeter left to the edge, as the omelette will rise slightly during cooking.
Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle on top. Place in a preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
