  • Prepare the molds in which we will bake the soufflé. You can use small ceramic ramekins or silicone muffin molds. Grease the molds (except for silicone ones) with butter and lay out the cottage cheese mass. From the specified ingredients, we got 2 small ramekins. Send to a preheated oven and cook at a temperature of 150 degrees for about 30 minutes depending on the size of the molds. When the soufflé is ready, if desired, you can slightly brown it.
