- 200 g cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 pc egg
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. You can use any cottage cheese, we had 5% fat.
- Put the cottage cheese in a bowl. Wash the egg and carefully separate the white from the yolk. Send the yolk to the cottage cheese.200 g cottage cheese, 1 pc egg
- Put the white in a deep plate and beat with a mixer, gradually adding sugar until firm and stable peaks form.1 tsp sugar, 1 pc egg

- Gradually transfer the beaten white to the cottage cheese and mix very carefully.
- Prepare the molds in which we will bake the soufflé. You can use small ceramic ramekins or silicone muffin molds. Grease the molds (except for silicone ones) with butter and lay out the cottage cheese mass. From the specified ingredients, we got 2 small ramekins. Send to a preheated oven and cook at a temperature of 150 degrees for about 30 minutes depending on the size of the molds. When the soufflé is ready, if desired, you can slightly brown it.
