Cottage Cheese Dumplings
Today for breakfast we are making cottage cheese dumplings. The dish turns out to be very tender and tasty, so it can be prepared even for those who do not like the taste of cottage cheese. Such appetizing balls will especially please your children. These dumplings can be served with sour cream, butter, or jam.

Ingredients
- 360 g cottage cheese
- 1 pc egg
- 3-4 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. You can use any cottage cheese, the main thing is that it should be dry enough, not watery.
- Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, slightly mash it. Wash the egg and add it to the cottage cheese. Add sugar. Mix until smooth.360 g cottage cheese, 1 pc egg, 3-4 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sugar
- Add the flour.
- Mix until you get a cottage cheese dough. Depending on the moisture content of the cottage cheese, the dough may require a little more or less flour. But in any case, do not add too much flour so that the dumplings do not turn out too dense.
- Form small balls from the dough and roll them in flour. To avoid shaping dumplings each time, you can prepare them in advance and freeze them.
- Drop the cottage cheese balls into a pot of boiling salted water. Stir occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. After the dumplings float, cook for about 3-5 minutes depending on their size. If you find it difficult to determine if they are ready by eye, you can take out one ball and try it.
- Remove with a slotted spoon onto a plate and serve hot. The cottage cheese dumplings are ready. Enjoy your meal!
