Lazy dumplings with cottage cheese and banana
Today we are cooking a dietary, healthy, and very tasty dish. On the table are lazy dumplings with cottage cheese and banana. They are soft, tender, and slightly sweet due to the presence of banana. A great breakfast option. The whole process will not take much time. This amount made 30 small round dumplings.

Ingredients
- 250 g cottage cheese
- 1 pc egg
- 1 pc banana
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp starch
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Since the dumplings are healthy, take the lowest fat cottage cheese, here is 1% cottage cheese. It is better to use granular, it has less moisture, and, accordingly, will require not so much thickener. In this case, it is cornstarch, if desired, it can be replaced with rice flour.
- Peel the banana, cut it arbitrarily and mash it with a fork to a more or less homogeneous puree.1 pc banana
- In a convenient bowl, lay out the cottage cheese, break an egg (small), add sugar and two heaping tablespoons of starch (the rest will be needed when forming the dumplings).250 g cottage cheese, 1 pc egg, 1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp starch
- Add banana puree.
- Mix, mashing the lumps of cottage cheese with a fork.
- Pour the remaining starch onto the table or cutting board. Lay out the dough. As you can see, it is very sticky.
- Carefully divide it into two parts, from each make an elongated rectangular sausage, constantly rolling it in starch. Try not to add extra starch, the main thing is to give the desired shape, even though the dough will stick. Cut each sausage into pieces. If desired, they can be immediately thrown to cook. Or you can roll them into balls.
- Drop into boiling water. Immediately lift with a spoon so they do not stick to the bottom.
- Cook over medium heat. After they float to the surface, keep for another minute. Remove with a slotted spoon. If there are a lot of dumplings, do not try to throw them all into the pot at once, they cook quickly, so it is better to cook in several approaches.
- Serve lazy healthy dumplings with banana immediately. Offer sour cream, jam, berry sauce as an addition. Here the dumplings are served with cranberries, mashed with sugar.
