Cottage cheese banana pancakes
Today we will diversify the breakfast menu and prepare a very tasty dish – cottage cheese banana pancakes. This dish will be especially enjoyed by sweet tooth and children.

Ingredients
- 400 g cottage cheese 5%
- 1 pc egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- 100 g chocolate
- 1 pc banana
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. You can use any cottage cheese, both in bricks and loose. But the main thing is that it should not be too wet and moist. In this case, you may need much more flour.

- Cut the banana into slices. Take approximately the same amount of cottage cheese each time and form a pancake. Place a piece of banana in the center.1 pc banana
- Form the pancake in such a way that the banana ends up inside. Roll in flour and place on a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.vegetable oil
- Fry until golden brown and flip to the other side. On top of each pancake, place a slice of chocolate. Wait for it to melt and spread it over the surface with circular movements of a spoon.100 g chocolate
