Ingredients
  

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 tbsp flour with a slide
  • 100 g coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • vegetable oil for frying

  • Prepare everything you need. Cottage cheese is not too moist to choose, fat content does not matter much, but the higher the percentage, the more tender coconut cheese pancakes will turn out.
  • In a convenient bowl, put the cottage cheese (if desired, rub through a sieve) and sugar, break the egg. Even if you like it sweeter, it is better to serve dessert with some sweet sauce, because due to the large amount of sugar in the dough, cheese pancakes will not keep their shape well when frying.
    300 g cottage cheese, 1 pc egg, 1 tbsp sugar
  • Rub with a fork, breaking large curd lumps. Add flour and half (ยฝ) of the coconut chips. The rest will be needed for breading.

  • Mix. The dough will come out quite moist, as it should be. Try not to introduce more flour, as it is very noticeable in the finished dessert.
  • Pour coconut chips into a plate. Slightly moistening your hands with water, take a piece of curd mass, throw it from palm to palm a couple of times to seal it. Form a cheese pancakes in the form of a washer.

  • Roll in the chips from all sides. It sticks very well and does not crumble. So make all the blanks.
  • Spread on a well-heated frying pan, pouring a little oil. Fry, setting the heat slightly below average, for 2 minutes on each side. The surfaces should be well browned.

  • Serve coconut cheese pancakes with sour cream, jam, melted chocolate.
