  • 1 plate
  • 1 frying pan

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 tbsp flour with a slide
  • 100 g coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Prepare everything you need. Cottage cheese is not too moist to choose, fat content does not matter much, but the higher the percentage, the more tender coconut cheese pancakes will turn out.
  • In a convenient bowl, put the cottage cheese (if desired, rub through a sieve) and sugar, break the egg. Even if you like it sweeter, it is better to serve dessert with some sweet sauce, because due to the large amount of sugar in the dough, cheese pancakes will not keep their shape well when frying.
