Blueberry souffle

Ingredients
- 100 g blueberries
- 180 g cottage cheese
- 100 g yogurt
- 8 g gelatin
- 50 g water

Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. We used gelatin in sheets. If you use regular, then refer to the usage information on the package.
- Put the gelatin in a bowl with cold water and leave for 5 minutes.8 g gelatin, 50 g water

- Squeeze the gelatin, pour a small amount of water and heat in a water bath or in a microwave until it is completely dissolved. It is very important not to overheat it.

- Pour the cottage cheese and berry mixture into the prepared molds and refrigerate for several hours to set.
