  • 100 g blueberries
  • 180 g cottage cheese
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 8 g gelatin
  • 50 g water
  • to taste sugar optional


  • Prepare the specified ingredients. We used gelatin in sheets. If you use regular, then refer to the usage information on the package.

  • Put the gelatin in a bowl with cold water and leave for 5 minutes.
    8 g gelatin, 50 g water
  • In the blender bowl, put blueberries, cottage cheese, yogurt. Blend until smooth. If desired, add sugar or a substitute to taste. You can add a spoonful of honey.

  • Squeeze the gelatin, pour a small amount of water and heat in a water bath or in a microwave until it is completely dissolved. It is very important not to overheat it.
