  • 1 pc egg
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 50 g banana
  • 70 g rice flour
  • 5 g baking powder

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • sweetener to taste

  • In a bowl, mash the banana, crack in the egg, add cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Add sweetener to taste. Mix everything until smooth.

  • Lay out the dough in the baking form and distribute evenly over the bottom. Send to a preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes at 180℃.

  • In a deep dish, put the cottage cheese, crack in the egg.

  • Add sour cream, sweetener to your liking and mix until smooth without lumps. For convenience, you can use a blender. Add the starch and mix thoroughly.

  • Transfer the cottage cheese mixture into the form on top of the chocolate base. Send to a preheated oven and cook at 180℃ for 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 150℃ and bake for another half hour. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake stand for another 30 minutes. After cooling down completely, send it to the refrigerator and cool for several hours, preferably leave it overnight.
