Frozen fruit bar
Fruit ice is a favorite summer treat for many. Today we are making frozen fruit bar from sweet peach juice, which harmonizes with the cherry flavor and blueberry puree. The dessert is ready in just a few minutes, you just need to give it time to freeze. Other types of juice, with the presence of ice cream molds, can be combined as desired.

- 4 ice cream mold
- 1 teaspoon
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberry
- 80 ml cherry juice
- 80 ml peach juice
- 1-2 leaf mint
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. You will also need ice cream molds with sticks.
- Wash the blueberries, add mint leaves and blend everything with an immersion blender until it becomes as homogeneous as possible. If the berries are sour, add a little sugar to taste.1 cup blueberry, 1-2 leaf mint
- Distribute the mixture into the ice cream molds, filling them about halfway.
- Carefully pour the juice over the berry puree using a teaspoon. Today, two portions will be with peach juice and two with cherry juice. Try to pour along the walls so that the layers do not mix. - Insert the sticks and transfer to the freezer. Keep for 4-5 hours until completely frozen.
- The fruit ice is ready. To remove it from the molds, simply dip it in hot water for a few seconds or hold it in your hands. The warmth will slightly melt the ice at the walls, and the ice cream will easily come out of the mold.
