  • 150 g blueberry
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 300 g greek yogurt

  • Prepare everything you need. Instead of yogurt, you can use kefir. Rinse the blueberries and spread them on a towel to dry the berries.

  • Add the honey. If it is crystallized, heat it in a water bath or microwave beforehand.

  • Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. If you used fine oat flakes, there is no need for the smoothie to sit. Taste it, some may prefer it sweeter, in which case you can add another spoonful of honey.
