Blueberry yogurt smoothie
Today we are making a healthy vitamin drink, a blueberry yogurt smoothie. Oat flakes give it a thick texture and, together with fresh blueberries, enrich it with vitamins. If you use frozen berries, this smoothie will also provide a refreshing coolness.
Equipment
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 150 g blueberry
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300 g greek yogurt
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Instead of yogurt, you can use kefir. Rinse the blueberries and spread them on a towel to dry the berries.
- Place the blueberries in a container suitable for blending.150 g blueberry

- Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. If you used fine oat flakes, there is no need for the smoothie to sit. Taste it, some may prefer it sweeter, in which case you can add another spoonful of honey.
- The blueberry smoothie is ready. Just pour it into glasses and prepare wide straws, as the smoothie is quite thick.
