  • 1 tablespoon

  • 2 tbsp coffee instant
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp boiling water
  • 240 ml milk


  • Prepare everything you need. Choose good quality coffee.
  • Pour coffee and sugar into a deep bowl or cup.

The whole process will take 2-3 minutes with a mixer, if you work by hand, you will need at least a quarter of an hour of intensive whipping.
  • Pour two-thirds of the height of milk into transparent glasses or cups. You can heat the milk a little on the stove or put the glasses in the microwave for a minute, at heart's ease
