Ingredients
- 150 g beetroot
- 5 pcs celery stalks
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 300 ml kefir
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. The beetroot needs to be boiled, so cook the root vegetable in its skin in advance and let it cool. It is better to use well-chilled ingredients, then the drink will be cool.
- Peel and chop the beetroot randomly and place it in a bowl suitable for blending.150 g beetroot
