Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Boil or bake the beets in their skins. The root vegetable should become soft and easily pierced with a fork.
- Peel the boiled beets and grate them. Using a folded cheesecloth, squeeze the juice from the beet shavings. You will need a little, 3 tablespoons will be enough. Do not discard the pulp.150 g beets

- On a serving plate, first place the beet sauce from the pan.
