Carrot smoothie
Carrots can compete for the title of a natural healer, recommended for children, pregnant women, mothers, the sick, and the healthy. Beta-carotene, potassium, lutein, biotin, vitamin K2, and a whole treasure trove of benefits are contained in a small, modest-looking carrot. Today we are making a carrot smoothie in a blender.

Ingredients
- 500 ml kefir
- 2 pcs carrot
- 2 pcs apple
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients. Carrots should be chosen carefully, they should be fresh and juicy, saturated with moisture, as dry carrots will turn into dry tasteless shavings that will not provide any taste or benefit.
- Thoroughly wash the apples and carrots, remove the peel, and cut them into small pieces so that the blender can handle them.500 ml kefir, 2 pcs carrot
- Add the carrots to the blender, they are denser and firmer, so they need to be chopped first. Rotate a few times until you get crumbs or puree, depending on the amount of moisture in the carrots.
- Now add the apple and honey and rotate a few more times. This mixture will be instantly chopped.2 pcs apple, 1 tbsp honey
- Get juicy sweet pulp.
- Now combine the bright orange puree with the snow-white kefir, and this is already a reason for creativity!500 ml kefir
- You can mix in equal amounts and get a uniform creamy orange color, and put a little kefir on top. This is done with a spoon, smoothly and carefully. And in the second glass, you can put a bright mixture with a white cap, without mixing. Carrot smoothie in a blender is ready. Enjoy your meal!
