Apple and kiwi smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 pcs kiwi
- 2 pcs apple
- 20 g sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients for the smoothie. You can use any type of apples. The kiwis should be ripe.
- Rinse the apples with cold water, dry them with a cloth towel, and cut them in half. Remove the seeds and peel off the skin thinly.2 pcs apple

- Cut the prepared apples into medium cubes and put them in the blender bowl.
- Add the kiwi, also cut into pieces the same size as the apples.
- Add just under a tablespoon of sugar. If the apples are of a sweet variety, you can reduce the amount of sugar.20 g sugar
- Blend the prepared fruits until you get a homogeneous puree. You can use either a stationary or an immersion blender.
- Place the resulting puree in a tall glass or a beautiful goblet. Decorate with a slice of kiwi and mint.
- Also, before serving, you can chill the fruit mass from kiwi and apple in the refrigerator or serve the smoothie with a cube of ice.
