Okroshka with kefir
In the hot season, cold soups are especially popular. Today we have okroshka with kefir on the table. Tasty, satisfying, refreshing. Prepared on a kefir base, but kvass can also be used. It is good to offer as a separate dish, as well as to complement with hot boiled potatoes.

Ingredients
- 10 pcs radish
- 150 g sausage salami
- 2 pcs cucumber
- 2 pcs egg
- 500 ml kefir
- 200 ml water
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard Russian
- ยผ tsp salt
- 1 bunch dill
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Boil the eggs hard. Wash the vegetables and dill.

- Similarly, chop the salami and radish. You can use any other sausage or boiled meat.10 pcs radish, 150 g sausage

- Mix, pour in the kefir.500 ml kefir
- If desired, dilute with water to the required consistency. Here everything depends on the fat content and thickness of the kefir, if you take 1%, then water is not needed. Mix, taste, adjust the salting.200 ml water
- Okroshka with radish is ready. Before serving, it should be well chilled, so it is better to put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Can be stored for up to two days.
