  • Thoroughly wash the apples. Remove damaged and spoiled parts from each fruit, as well as cut out the core. Optionally, peel the apples, although this is not necessary. It should be noted that puree from peeled apples turns out to be more tender and uniform in consistency. Then cut the apples into small cubes. This will reduce the cooking time and the apples will turn into puree faster.
