Apple puree
When the apple harvest is actively being collected, many housewives are puzzled by the preservation of this fruit for the winter. Today on the table is apple puree for the winter at home. A few jars of such a treat will be very helpful in winter when you want something sweet. Apple puree can be served as an addition to oatmeal, pancakes, cheesecakes, and so on.

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg apples
- 210 ml water
- 135 g sugar
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Thoroughly wash the apples. Remove damaged and spoiled parts from each fruit, as well as cut out the core. Optionally, peel the apples, although this is not necessary. It should be noted that puree from peeled apples turns out to be more tender and uniform in consistency. Then cut the apples into small cubes. This will reduce the cooking time and the apples will turn into puree faster.1.2 kg apples
- Add water to the apples. Put the pot on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20-22 minutes on low heat (without a lid). Be sure to stir occasionally with a spoon so that nothing burns.210 ml water
- Then remove the puree from the heat and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. This will not be difficult, as the apples have softened very well.
- Add granulated sugar to the apple puree and return to the fire.135 g sugar
- On medium heat, stirring occasionally, bring to a boil again and cook for 4 minutes. Then spread the puree into sterilized jars and close with a canning key. It is better to store this preparation in a cool place. Bon appรฉtit!
