  • Thoroughly wash the apples. Remove damaged and spoiled parts from each fruit, as well as cut out the core. Optionally, peel the apples, although this is not necessary. It should be noted that puree from peeled apples turns out to be more tender and uniform in consistency. Then cut the apples into small cubes. This will reduce the cooking time and the apples will turn into puree faster.

  • Add water to the apples. Put the pot on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 20-22 minutes on low heat (without a lid). Be sure to stir occasionally with a spoon so that nothing burns.

  • Then remove the puree from the heat and blend with an immersion blender until smooth. This will not be difficult, as the apples have softened very well.

  • Add granulated sugar to the apple puree and return to the fire.
