Blueberry preserves
Blueberries are delicious and healthy berries, and you can preserve them for the winter by making preserves. The method of pureeing half of the berries and leaving the other half whole allows you to achieve a pleasant consistency, and adding mint gives it a special touch.

Ingredients
- 500 g blueberries
- 250 g sugar
- 1 sprig mint
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Sort the berries, remove the stems and debris.
- Rinse and drain in a sieve. There is no need to completely dry them.

- Place the remaining berries in the bowl of a food processor, along with the chopped mint leaves.1 sprig mint

- Place on the stove, stirring occasionally. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat after boiling. If foam forms, remove it with a spoon. If you want a thicker preserve, let it simmer for longer to evaporate the liquid.
- Pour into jars that have been sterilized in the microwave or oven, and seal with boiled lids. Blueberry preserves have a varied consistency, as they contain both whole berries and a thick syrup. The hint of mint is barely noticeable, but it gives the treat a special flavor.
