Homemade yogurt
Homemade yogurt from milk and starter is a very healthy dairy product that is loved by both adults and children. You can use store-bought or homemade full-fat milk to make yogurt. The higher the fat content of the milk, the tastier the yogurt. Any natural yogurt without artificial fillers and flavorings can be used as a starter.
