Mango yogurt

Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 70 g yogurt without additives
- ยฝ pc mango
- 1 pc cinnamon
- 1-2 leaf mint
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Pour the milk into a small pot and bring to a boil, then set aside to cool to 40โ. This will take about 1 hour.1 liter milk
- In a small container, mix 3-4 tablespoons of cooled milk with yogurt. Mix well until smooth. This is necessary so that the yogurt then distributes well in the milk and has a uniform structure in the finished product.70 g yogurt, 1 liter milk
- Pour the yogurt into the pot with milk and mix well again. Carefully pour the milk into portioned jars or glasses. Place in a warm place, covering with cellophane for 4-5 hours. If you are using a yogurt maker, just plug in the device and cover with a lid. The cooking time in the yogurt maker is the same.
