Beef kofta kebab
Today we cook beef kofta kebab from minced meat in a frying pan. No gluing components are added to the minced meat, but the kebabs keep their shape well. How to achieve this, you will learn from the recipe. In fact, everything is very simple.
Equipment
- 1 food processor optional food chopper
- 1 mix bowl
- wooden skewer
- 1 frying pan grill
- 1 cooking brush
- 1 knife
- 1 meat grinder
- 1 chopping board
Ingredients
- 250 g beef
- 1 pc red onion
- bunch parsley
- ยผ tbsp hops suneli
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Beef is soft to choose, onions are suitable and ordinary white.
- Chop the onion and garlic at random and place in a food processor. Scroll until you get small pieces. You can also chop it with a knife.1 clove garlic, 1 pc red onion
- Pass the beef through a meat grinder. It is better to use a grate for large minced meat.250 g beef
- Add onion and garlic, chopped parsley.1 clove garlic, bunch parsley
- Season the suneli hops, add salt. Here you can take other spices or even limit yourself to salt and freshly ground pepper.ยผ tbsp hops suneli, 1 pinch salt
- Now comes the most crucial moment, mixing and knocking out. A lump of minced meat should be taken and thrown into a bowl. And so for at least 5 minutes. The mass should lighten slightly and become more viscous. For comparison, in the photo on the right, the minced meat is simply mixed, and on the left – well beaten. After all these actions, put it in the refrigerator for an hour, there the meat will be marinated and compacted.
- With wet hands, form a small ball, thread it on a skewer and distribute it along the length, leaving a couple of centimeters from the edges. Apply vegetable oil with a cooking brush.1 tsp vegetable oil
- Place the kebabs with the greased side down on a hot, dry grill pan. If there is no such thing, you can use a regular one. Immediately lubricate the other side with oil.1 tsp vegetable oil
