Lazy dumplings with minced meat
Today we suggest cooking lazy dumplings with minced meat. But it will not take a lot of time and effort to mold them. We make a lazy version of everyone's favorite homemade dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pc egg
- 150 ml water
- 300 g flour
- ยฝ tsp salt
- 1 pc carrot
- 250 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 pinch pepper ground
- 2 pcs onion
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary.
- Break an egg into a bowl, add salt, pour in room temperature water.1 pc egg, ยฝ tsp salt, 150 ml water
- Whisk. Add all the flour, kneading a soft, elastic dough. Cover with film and leave for 20 minutes.300 g flour
- For the filling, put the minced meat in a bowl, add the onion cut as small as possible (one onion), season with salt and ground pepper. Mix.250 g minced meat, 2 pcs onion, 1 pinch pepper
- Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each into a large layer about 2 millimeters thick. Distribute half of the minced meat in an even layer.
- Roll up tightly, pinch the edge well.
- In a frying pan, fry the grated carrot and chopped onion in vegetable oil until soft and lightly golden.1 pc carrot, 2 pcs onion, 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cut the dough rolls with a knife into slices 2-3 cm wide. Lay out on the vegetables.
- Pour water so that it reaches halfway up the contents. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Check, the dough should be soft.
- If desired, sprinkle with herbs
- Lazy dumplings in a pan with minced meat are ready. Serve deliciously with sour cream.
