Prepare everything necessary.

In a frying pan, fry the grated carrot and chopped onion in vegetable oil until soft and lightly golden.

Cut the dough rolls with a knife into slices 2-3 cm wide. Lay out on the vegetables.
Pour water so that it reaches halfway up the contents. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Check, the dough should be soft. If desired, sprinkle with herbs
