Minced onion rings
Many visit the popular fast food chain to enjoy the crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, fragrant onion rings. Today we will make the same, but at home. It will be incredibly delicious. We are preparing minced onion rings

Ingredients
- 150 g onion
- 2 tbsp flour
- ยผ tsp salt
- 1 pc egg
- 100 g cornflakes unsweetened
- 300 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Take either several large onions or many small ones. The flakes are used as for dry breakfasts.
- Chop the onion arbitrarily and grind with an immersion blender to a more or less homogeneous pulp. If the onion is not too juicy, you can pour a couple of tablespoons of water to facilitate the process.150 g onion
- Add a tablespoon of flour and salt.2 tbsp flour, ยผ tsp salt
- Mix.
- Transfer the onion pulp to a pastry bag with a round nozzle. You can use a regular cellophane bag, cutting off the corner. Squeeze out onto a board or silicone mat in the form of rings.
- Got 10 pieces. Place them in the freezer until fully frozen. This happens quite quickly, an hour will be enough.
- Pour flour into a plate. Roll the rings in it.2 tbsp flour
- Then dip in beaten egg.1 pc egg
- And sprinkle with cornflakes.100 g cornflakes
- To prevent the blanks from thawing, place them in the freezer. There they can stay for quite a long time.
- In a saucepan or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil. Lay out the onion rings and fry until lightly browned.300 ml vegetable oil
- Onion rings like at Burger King are ready. Tomato ketchup is a good sauce to go with them.
