Crunchy chicken drumsticks
Crunchy chicken drumsticks are very tender inside and slightly crispy on the outside. They closely resemble the famous KFC drumsticks. However, our recipe calls for baking them in the oven, not frying in deep fat, so they are much less caloric. Feel free to indulge in this dish if you are following a healthy diet or watching your figure. Moreover, they are very simple to prepare.

Ingredients
- 5 pcs chicken drumstick
- 1 cup corn flakes unsweetened
- 1 pc egg
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch paprika smoked
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper ground
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients.
- Place the chicken legs in a deep dish, add sour cream, pepper, pressed garlic, salt, paprika, turmeric. You can use any other spices to your liking. Mix thoroughly so that each piece is covered with the sauce. Leave to marinate for at least half an hour. - Crush the corn flakes into crumbs using a blender. Ideally, there should be very fine crumbs and some slightly larger ones, making the breading taste more interesting.1 cup corn flakes
- Beat the egg with a fork or whisk until the yolk and white are combined. Dip each leg into the egg.1 pc egg
- Then place it in the crushed flakes and thoroughly coat it on all sides.
- Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and send it to a preheated oven. Cook at 180 โ for about 30-40 minutes. The meat should be cooked through, and the surface should be golden brown.
