  • Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, remove the stem, and cut into small cubes.

  • Place the minced meat in a large bowl. Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, parsley, garlic, spices, and salt. Mix well with your hands, then beat – lift the minced meat several times and throw it forcefully into the bowl. Put the beaten minced meat in the refrigerator for 1.5 – 2 hours.
