Vegetarian potato kebab
Vegetarian potato kebab is a simple dish that is prepared not much more difficult than mashed potatoes. Potato kebab is very tasty and aromatic. It is served on skewers, so it looks very original. The dish is suitable for fasting or for vegetarians.

- 1 bunch dill

- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1 pinch pepper black
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients.
- Peel, wash and boil the potatoes until tender in salted water. For convenience and quick cooking, it is advisable to cut large tubers in half.5 pcs potato
- Drain all the water and let the cooked potatoes cool. Then grate the potatoes on a coarse grater or mash them with a potato masher. Do not use an immersion blender.
