Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Choose tender, young beef. Ideally, the meat should not have been frozen, meaning it should be fresh.

- Mix well. It is best to do this with your hands, as if rubbing the spices into the meat and squeezing out the onion juice. Pour in the mineral water.300 ml carbonated water
- Create a small weight so that the beef is submerged in the marinade. Leave for 1-12 hours. If you will marinate for a long time, then be sure to put the bowl in the refrigerator, but take it out an hour before cooking so that the meat warms up.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for half an hour, so they do not burn. Thread the beef, alternating with onion.
- Set up the skewers so that the meat hangs freely. You can use any suitably sized dish.
- Bake in the oven at 170โ for 20-25 minutes. It is important not to over-dry. You need to cut the thickest piece, if the meat juice is clear – it’s time to take it out. The oven-baked beef kebab is ready.
