Grilled pork shish kabobs
To prepare delicious grilled pork shish kabobs (shashlik), it is not enough to choose a good piece of meat, the marinade is also important, which can save even not very soft and tender meat. Today we have pork shashlik on the grill. And the marinade will be oriental with soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. The shashlik will be juicy, with a ruddy crust.

- 50 ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Choose soft meat with a small amount of fat layers, the ideal option is the neck or shoulder part.
- For the marinade, pour oil and soy sauce into a bowl. Add sugar and meat seasoning. You can choose spices to your taste, but here more spicy ones with red hot pepper look good. Pour in the table vinegar, mix.50 ml soy sauce, ยฝ tbsp meat seasoning, ยฝ tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp vinegar
- Lay out the meat cut into fairly large arbitrary pieces.1 kg pork

- Mix with your hands, trying not to damage the onion. Wrap with plastic wrap and put in the cold to marinate for 1-6 hours. Soy sauce soaks the pork quite quickly, so even the minimum time is enough here.
- Light a fire and wait until there are coals without flame. Skewer the meat alternately with the onion on skewers. Place on the grill. Immediately take a mug of water to extinguish the coals if they flare up from the dripping fat.
- Do not go far, turn the skewers as often as possible for more even roasting. Thanks to the sugar in the marinade, the crust will brown well and seal all the juices inside.
- Pork shashlik on the fire is ready.
