Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, remove the stem, and cut into small cubes.
230 g bell pepper
Cut the onion into small cubes.

Finely chop the parsley.

Peel and finely chop the garlic using a garlic press.

Place the minced meat in a large bowl. Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, parsley, garlic, spices, and salt. Mix well with your hands, then beat - lift the minced meat several times and throw it forcefully into the bowl. Put the beaten minced meat in the refrigerator for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form small elongated patties from the minced meat and place them on the baking sheet. This portion makes 16 pieces. Make slanted indentations on the lula kebabs with a knife.
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven. Bake for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 ℃. The lula kebabs release a large amount of juice. It can be used for pouring the dish when serving.
