Prepare everything you need. Beef is soft to choose, onions are suitable and ordinary white.

Now comes the most crucial moment, mixing and knocking out. A lump of minced meat should be taken and thrown into a bowl. And so for at least 5 minutes. The mass should lighten slightly and become more viscous. For comparison, in the photo on the right, the minced meat is simply mixed, and on the left - well beaten. After all these actions, put it in the refrigerator for an hour, there the meat will be marinated and compacted.
With wet hands, form a small ball, thread it on a skewer and distribute it along the length, leaving a couple of centimeters from the edges. Apply vegetable oil with a cooking brush.

Place the kebabs with the greased side down on a hot, dry grill pan. If there is no such thing, you can use a regular one. Immediately lubricate the other side with oil.

Fry for 2-3 minutes. Do not try to separate the meat from the surface of the pan with a spatula or fork, when it reaches the desired degree of readiness, it will lag very well and it can be turned over without any problems. On the other side, fry the same amount. The minced meat kebab in a frying pan is ready.
